Information We Collect
To provide our pet aquamation and aftercare services, we collect the following information:
Contact details — your full name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm bookings and send status updates.
Pet information — your companion's name, type, date of birth and passing, and any obituary or tribute you choose to share.
Service details — selected branch, viewing schedule, urn, frame, and keepsake choices, plus pickup or delivery addresses.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to arrange and fulfill your farewell booking — confirming appointments, preparing keepsakes, and sending automated status notifications as your beloved pet moves through each stage of care.
We may also use your contact details to respond to your questions and provide the support you need during this difficult time.
How We Protect Your Data
All booking and pet records are stored securely on our platform with access restricted to authorized staff only.
Manager dashboard access is invitation-based and protected by authentication, with role-based controls limiting who can view or modify records.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or pet information to third parties.
Data Retention
Completed booking records are retained for a limited period to support reporting and service quality, after which they are archived and cleared on a monthly schedule.
You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you and your pet, ask for corrections, or request that your data be removed.
To exercise any of these rights, please reach out through our Contact page.
Contact Us
If you have any questions about how we handle your data, we're here to help. Please reach out through the Contact Us page and a member of our team will respond with care.
