Your information is used solely to arrange and fulfill your farewell booking — confirming appointments, preparing keepsakes, and sending automated status notifications as your beloved pet moves through each stage of care.

We may also use your contact details to respond to your questions and provide the support you need during this difficult time.

All booking and pet records are stored securely on our platform with access restricted to authorized staff only.

Manager dashboard access is invitation-based and protected by authentication, with role-based controls limiting who can view or modify records.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or pet information to third parties.

Completed booking records are retained for a limited period to support reporting and service quality, after which they are archived and cleared on a monthly schedule.

You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us directly.
